Probiotics, prebiotics, organic, free-range, cage-free, “wild”, yoga, meditation, energy healing, crystals, essential oils, toxins, EMF’s, GMO’s, BGH, MSG – OMG!

My mission is to provide you with the information, inspiration and motivation to add healthy food and habits to your life, using a holistic health approach.  What do I mean by “holistic health”?   Holistic health considers the health and wellbeing of the whole person — body, mind, spirit, and emotions.  It is a lifestyle that incorporates natural, non-invasive healing methods in the pursuit for optimal health and wellness.

In this blog, we will explore these terms, healing modalities, healthy foods and much more, so that you can understand the theories behind the headlines and make some easy changes to improve your health and wellness.  I’ve studied mind/body/spirit healing and nutrition intensely for over 10 years and have incorporated many protocols into my daily life and I can honestly say, I’ve never felt better and have never been healthier.  Through this blog you will learn how making small changes now can make a profound difference in your health and wellbeing, later.
